By purchasing a service from SpecPress Editions, you agree to the scope, terms, and timeframes mentioned at the time of order. You must provide complete and accurate project materials and instructions for smooth delivery.
All written content, manuscripts, images, and data submitted to us remain your property. We do not claim any rights over your intellectual property. You grant us limited rights to use your project for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Delivery timelines begin only after we receive all necessary files and instructions.
Delays caused by client inaction, unclear feedback, or missing assets are not our responsibility.
Revisions are subject to a limited number of rounds based on the service package selected.
Full payment is required before work begins, unless a milestone-based plan has been approved.
Late payments or declined transactions may delay delivery.
Invoices must be settled within the stated payment window.
Clients may not resell our design templates or marketing materials unless explicitly permitted. Our services are meant for personal or commercial use related to your own publishing project.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if there is abusive behavior, breach of agreement, or unethical conduct from the client. In such cases, any unpaid work will be billed accordingly.
